Looking for bipartisanship?  Check out the growing number of both conservatives and liberals offended by the remarks by Liz Cheney in a recent commercial.  Senator Lindsey Graham, never one to hold back acerbic criticism and speak his opinions to either side of the aisle, expresses his disdain for Ms. Cheney's harsh words for criminal defense attorneys who had represented Guantanamo detainees.  While prosecutors are often lauded for enforcing the law, criminal defense attorneys should be respected for upholding it in the face of adversity.

As other states pass medical marijuana laws, they do so after watching the trials and tribulations that are ongoing in other states, including Colorado.  Here is a link to the recently passed law in the State of Maine, where the nonprofit dispensary model is adopted and agents and employees of caregivers are given protection under state law.
